This English translation is provided for your convenience. The Spanish version is the only legally binding text.
With more than 48 hours' notice (in person) or 24 hours' notice (online), you can cancel or change your appointment free of charge. With less notice, 50% of the consultation fee is charged. If you don't attend without letting us know, the full fee is charged.
We accept Bizum (the Spanish instant payment app), bank transfer and cash (cash for in-person appointments only, on the day). We don't accept card payments. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received in advance: for single consultations you have 24 hours to pay, otherwise the booking is released. Packages and programmes are paid in full in advance.
All packages and programmes are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Unused sessions expire and are non-refundable, except for a justified medical reason, assessed case by case.
If you stop a package you have already started, unused sessions are returned as credit at the single-consultation rate (not the discounted package rate), valid until the package's original expiry date.
